Operation Smile
Walk-A-Thon:General Overview:On Saturday, April 17, 2010, right after the House of Delegates, a walk-a-thon will take place, in order to raise funds for Operation Smile. Operation Smile is a charity that provides free cleft lip and cleft palate surgery for children.
Registration Process:The registration cost is $10, per participant. Registration can be completed via two ways: online with the registration for District Convention OR on the day of the event onsite. Participants who register online will receive a free “Miles for Smile” t-shirt!
Donations:Additional donations are encouraged and will be gladly accepted on the day of the event at the donation station.
