| This year, the Governor’s Project will be the Special Needs Awareness Program (S.N.A.P.). This program has many aspects to it, including opportunities to directly serve adults and children with special needs, provide scholarships to Key Club members who have demonstrated outstanding and commited service to the special needs community during their high school career, and will supply information on the Operation Smile Walk-a-thon that will take place at the 2009-2010 District Convention.
