- A club comes up with an amazing service project
- Applicant goes to http://www.FloridaKeyClub.com/applications/flof and fills out club and project information, payment information, list of materials, other forms of funding, and the project description. - The president, treasurer, and Faculty Advisor certify the application
- Part G: Lieutenant Governor Comments are filled out by LTG of applying club
- District Treasurer receives application and the FLOF application approval process begins
- If approved, applicant, president, treasurer, and faculty advisor receive an email that application has been approved and to expect a check in a week
- Three weeks after the intended project date, Part H: Follow-Up Report must be filled out. Click here to view the summary of the Follow Up Report. If your club does not account for all money received from FLOF, then your club will not be able to apply for FLOF until unused money, Follow-Up Report Form, and account of receipts have been returned. In addition, your club will not be able to apply for club or officer Contests and Awards at the following District Convention.
